The list can be endless…

Well, many people do make money using those and also advise others to do the same. It’s easy and instant, they said. They might not be lying!

But, what nobody tells you is that – Every business needs skills to make it really work!

Without the knowledge of what it is about, you will be frustrated and are doomed to fail eventually!

It happened to me a few years back. I blindly trust a childhood friend with a business that she calls is worth doing and she got good returns.

I have invested thousands of dollars in the hope of multiplying several folds. Turns out it’s not what I have expected! Now, that is sheer ignorance on my part! I failed miserably!

I don’t have the skills … not enough knowledge to understand how that system really works! It’s a grave mistake that I have to pay the price heavily! I have learned my lessons the hard way!

You don’t need to invest thousands of dollars in online business until you are 100% sure and have already done it before. You really don’t need to!

Now, if you’ve already done it, there is no doubt you have got the required skills and knowledge to take greater steps to scale in your business.

Yes, you need to learn or develop some skills to make money, to be successful, and make an impact on other people as well. 

Now the question is…

 

What would be the best skill that you can learn to be successful?

Honestly, there is NO BEST SKILL as such because it depends on the individual’s capabilities and needs.

Skills which I find it easy to learn and implement might not be the same in your case! And vice-versa.

Then How Do You Develop Skill?

Only you know the answer to this question because you alone know your own abilities and disabilities, strengths, and weaknesses.

You need to look for What you are best at or what skills you will be able to learn more easily that will make you money.

Some skills are easier and learnable while some need more time and need you to put on more effort.

The bottom line is simple and plain – To start a business you need to have skills.

You see, it all starts from YOU. In fact, the Real Business is You – Yes, you heard me right!

That is what people are doing. They either sell their skills or they buy those skills to make it their own!

Feed yourself with everything which is related to which you want to excel.

How do you get to the right people who will buy your product?

You can do so by following these simple marketing steps.

1. Do your own research first.

2. Determine your target audience.

3. Make a strategy and follow it.

4. Build relationships with other people.

5. Give valuable information.

6. Create a group or forum which will encourage people to interact with each other.

7. Be the solution. Show people the end results.

When you learn all these, you can venture into anything be it affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or whatever platform of your choice, and sell your expertise. 

Remember, the best business to start is YOU. Then everything will fall into place and you will scale up! 

NEVER BE AFRAID OF FAILURE!

Another important thing is, do not let the fear of failure stop you from trying until you succeed or try something new which you deeply know it will work.

1. Thomas Edition

Thomas Edison‘s teachers said he was “too stupid to learn anything.” He was fired from his first two jobs for being “non-productive.” As an inventor, Edison made 1,000 unsuccessful attempts at inventing the light bulb. When a reporter asked, “How did it feel to fail 1,000 times?” Edison replied, “I didn’t fail 1,000 times. The light bulb was an invention with 1,000 steps.”

 

2. Winston Churchill

Winston Churchill repeated a grade during elementary school and, when he entered Harrow, was placed in the lowest division of the lowest class. Later, he twice failed the entrance exam to the Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst. He was defeated in his first effort to serve in Parliament. He became Prime Minister at the age of 62. He later wrote, “Never give in, never give in, never, never, never, never – in nothing, great or small, large or petty – never give in except to convictions of honor and good sense. Never, Never, Never, Never give up.” (his capitals, mind you).

 

3. Albert Einstein

Albert Einstein did not speak until he was 4-years-old and did not read until he was 7. His parents thought he was “sub-normal,” and one of his teachers described him as “mentally slow, unsociable, and adrift forever in foolish dreams.” He was expelled from school and was refused admittance to the Zurich Polytechnic School. He did eventually learn to speak and read. Even to do a little math.

 

4. Abraham Lincoln

As a young man, Abraham Lincoln went to war a captain and returned a private. Afterward, he was a failure as a businessman. As a lawyer in Springfield, he was too impractical and temperamental to be a success. He turned to politics and was defeated in his first try for the legislature, again defeated in his first attempt to be nominated for congress, defeated in his application to be commissioner of the General Land Office, defeated in the senatorial election of 1854, defeated in his efforts for the vice-presidency in 1856, and defeated in the senatorial election of 1858. At about that time, he wrote in a letter to a friend, “I am now the most miserable man living. If what I feel were equally distributed to the whole human family, there would not be one cheerful face on the earth.”

To sum up

These great men weren’t expected to be great by their family nor friends nor by the world. Still, they proved everybody wrong.

So, believe in yourself. You are the business. Everything you do depends on who you are and what you are. No matter what other people say and think about you, it really doesn’t matter at all!

To make money online or offline, you need to invest in yourself and learn the Right Skill. That is the only way to make money.

Making money online or offline doesn’t depend only on your degrees or education. Many legends like Bill Gates weren’t graduates from Oxford. In the end, what makes the difference is that they recognize their skills and take action to develop those skills and make it work not only for themselves but for the whole world!
